Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
A T-Card board is a visual project management tool. It's like a physical corkboard with cards, but online. You can create columns (like "To Do", "In Progress", "Done") and rows to organize your tasks or items, which are represented by "cards".
From your dashboard or the "Boards" page, click "Create Board". You can define the number of rows and columns, and even give them custom names (e.g., days of the week, project stages). You can edit this configuration at any time by clicking the edit icon next to the board's name.
On the board view, simply click an empty space within any column/row cell, or click the "Add Card" button. A popup will appear where you can fill in the card's details.
Cards can have a title, subtitle, and a longer description. You can also set a due date, assign a team member, set a color, attach an image, and use custom fields that are specific to that board.
Simply click and hold the drag handle on a card and drag it to a new position on the board. You can also edit the card and change its row and column position from the edit popup.
RAG stands for Red, Amber, Green. It's a quick visual indicator of a card's status. You can enable this feature in the board's settings. Once enabled, you can click the colored dot on a card to cycle through the statuses (Red, Amber, Green, or None).
If the "Completed Checkmark" feature is enabled in the board's settings, a small circle with a checkmark will appear on the card. Clicking this will toggle its completed state.
Yes. When creating or editing a card, you can upload an image. You also have an option to display this image as a background on the card itself for a more visual board.
Go to the "Teams" page from the main navigation. Here you can create a new team and then invite members by entering their email addresses. They will receive an invitation to join your team.
When editing a board's settings, you can select which of your teams have access to it. You can also control whether team members can only view the board or if they have full edit permissions.
You have two options. On the board view, there is an "Export as PNG" button that will save a picture of your current board layout. From your main dashboard, you can also export all your boards and their card data into a CSV file for backup or use in other applications.
Click on your name in the top-right corner and select "Profile". On this page, you can update your name and email, and you can set a new password by filling in the "New Password" and "Confirm New Password" fields.
Dark Mode changes the application's color scheme to a darker theme, which can be easier on the eyes, especially in low-light environments. You can toggle it on or off from the user dropdown menu in the top-right corner.
On the board view, use the zoom in and zoom out buttons in the options bar to change the width of the cards. You can use the reset button to return to the default size.
